At the same time as the game sessions with the paper version the testing of the online version of the MyLIFE game is also starting to live: a session of this type was carried out by Sergio Brunetti from LUA , involving a group of Over 60 including people with different degrees of computer literacy, in order to have a complete picture of the actual usability of the game.
The group first connected through a group video call made through Google Meet and then they played a group match under the guidance of Sergio who played the role of Master, a role he had already covered in previous experiences.
The game was characterized by a series of minor problems in the use of the platform which however did not prevent it from taking place, an experience that was appreciated by the whole group.
All participants (Mariangela, Luciano, Catherine and Alberto) wanted to share what was written and the stimuli that struck them most, with the most curious answers or those that resembled those of others came from the cards “Your first memory” “School” “Love, loves”.
The test also highlighted how the good quality of the Internet connection is essential to be able to profitably carry out the initial guide and above all the final sharing part, in particular for those people who have hearing or speaking problems,
The session ended with everyone’s satisfaction, a feeling that is evident from Sergio’s words: “Honestly, I did not expect [the online version] to be as successful as the paper version, which I had tried as a master on two previous occasions, and it had been very successful among the participants! ”
